All the owners that are going to sell or purchase their property will need an energy efficiency certificate (CEE) that it has to be done by qualified technicians ( enabled architects or buiding engineers).

If your real state is part of our property portfolio* we will provide it free of charges. 

The real state energy certification offers ,as relevant data, an annual energy consumption estimation necessary to satisfy the energy demand of the house in normal operation and occupation. It includes heat, cooling, ventilation, eterior insulation, lighting and domestic hot water production. 

 

DEVELOPMENT AND ENERGY CERTIFICATION PROCESS:

- Inspection of the property for the data collection (exterior and interior photos, enclosures, existing facilities, datailed mesurement)

- Analysis of the materials used in the building and its façades thickness, lightshaft enclosures, decks, etc.  Processing and presentation of legal record with the data obtained.

- Process and presentation of the legal report with the obtained data.

- Obtaining the corresponding energy label (A-B-C-D-E-F-G).

 

This certificate and its contents, shall be compulsorily contributed to the singning of a lease or the sale deeds.
